What do you think of adding `pg-connect` from charJe's dotfiles to `feature-postgresql`:

It let's you automatically connect to the postgres db given you have `PGPASSWORD` set.

We would have to just rewrite it to not use `emacs-dash` if we are avoiding emacs lisp dependencies in rde elisp code?
