Hello everyone,

Previously, I postponed the release date of Zig 0.7.0 to October 26 of
this month due to the delayed release of LLVM 11. Since then, LLVM 11
released and the llvm11 branch of Zig was merged into master. On that
front we have a green light.

However, I personally am behind on some of the chores associated with
the release, such as typing up release notes, as well as a few issues
that are critical to solve before the release. To be honest I burnt
myself out a little bit last month working on #6250 [1] and I've been
trying to have a bit more work-life balance this month to recover.

So I am taking more week before cutting the tag. This will give enough
time to get some more stability, bugs fixed, patches merged, release
notes typed up, and important issues resolved.

I have set the new date to Monday, November 2.
