Portmod 2.3.0 has just been released.

The largest feature in this release is Portmod's new documentation, 
found online at https://portmod.gitlab.io/portmod/. Most of the 
documentation which was previously on the wiki has been overhauled and 
moved there, and the wiki now primarily contains game-engine-specific 
information and guides. While the new web-based documentation has been 
available since it was finished, some of the new documentation is also 
now included with Portmod in the form of man pages (except on Windows).
