Portmod 2.4.0 has just been released.

This release primarily introduces a new packaging superclass, Pybuild2, 
a stripped-down version of Pybuild1 with the aim of improving Portmod's 
stability and relying more heavily on the repository packaging code for 
engine-specific details like OpenMW's VFS. This will only be immediately 
useable for ksp, since it removes the default installation code that the 
other repositories rely on, but work will be done to transition 
everything else to the new API now that it is stabilized.
