Hey all,

Just a brief announcement. I have tagged Version 1.9 of org-webring,
comprising 46 commits. It mostly revolves around patching bugs with
ATOM, and adding Planet functionality.

I think once we add pinning and rdf parsing we will be ready to submit
copyright assignments and begin feature stabilization.
