Hey,
Thanks for running this and checking my submission!
Your consistent result is interesting since my one file (index.hmtl) is 990 bytes.
The sizes.sh script in the 1kb-club-devel repo returns the expected file size when I run it:
Resource sizes for hi.emi.industries:
/var/folders/4l/v3ckd7g502s6r90rzcwrg_gr0000gn/T/tmp.iZHmofLkHk/index.html: 990 bytes
Total size of all resources updated in _site_listings/hi.emi.industries.md: 0 kilobytes
I do get > 1024 bytes for some other entries though. (For example the one right after my entry!)
Are you including the headers of the response in your count?
If so I might have to move to a different way of hosting since I don’t have control over those with GitHub Pages.
best,
Michael

Sorry about not having things clearer on the main project page! (I need to update this). I perform all
benchmarks for size with the Firefox network tab.

Thanks for letting me know - the club is probably due for a purge!

Ah, that makes sense and does indeed include headers.
I’ve moved the hosting to my nginx server and got the header size down to 136 bytes!
Content size remains at 990 bytes and transferred is down to 783 bytes in Firefox (through the magic ofd gzip).

Ha, good luck with the sweeping efforts!
best,
Michael
