This patch is also having conflicts (similar to the 1MB Club submission).
I believe the tool being used to create the patch is injecting filename changes
and not properly setting headers.

I give up 🤷‍♂️

In the end, I missed that the documentation page for `git-send-email.io` 
actually has a "Next" button, and assumed it was just signposting to the 
SCM git email tools documentation. I think I had tried just about every 
other way
