[BUG] Word wrap in subject line on mobile in "Patches" and "Requests" tabs

The request subject fields in "Patches" and "Requests" tabs (but not
other) are set to very small width, looking ugly on mobile.

P.S. sr.ht does not allow attachments. Annoying and not good for longevity.

But lists lists.sr.ht allow text/x-(patch|diff) attachments, which
are considered patches.  Am I missing something?

Image attachments are prohibited.
