[BUG] Vote counting for requests

The Vote display in https://tracker.orgmode.org/requests is confusing.
What does 0/2 refer to?

Among the 3 emails in the thread, you wrote "A strong +1", which is
clearly not counted for. Then, Tim replied not voting at all (neither +1
nor -1 are in his message, except the quote).

Should votes field instead display +X/-X only displaying actual counted votes?

Definitely not a bug, probably a request for enhancement (RFE).

It means "0 persons in favor vs. 2 persons in favor".

Votes are like other triggers: they start at the beginning of a line.

Such messages don't change the vote at all.

- +1 would change 0/2 to 1/3
- -1 would change 0/2 to 0/3

I'm not sure this is really more intuitive.

0/10 clearly says: nobody on ten votes want this.
5/10 clearly says: half voters want it, half voters don't.
1/10 clearly says: only one expressed vote want it.

So the poll would be: do you prefer -2/+3 over 3/5?

I am confused.
Among the three messages in the linked thread, none has a +1/-1 vote.
Then, why 0/2?

Then it looks like a bug. I will investigate.
