Hello,
I may have found an issue when processing URLs with percent-encoded
characters in them.

I was trying to view this page:
https://texavery.fandom.com/wiki/What%27s_Buzzin%27_Buzzard%3F

I simply replaced "fandom" with "breezewiki":
https://texavery.breezewiki.com/wiki/What%27s_Buzzin%27_Buzzard%3F

When the page loaded, the URL had changed to:
https://breezewiki.com/texavery/wiki/What's_Buzzin'_Buzzard?

which produced a "not found" page.

When I take this last URL and replace the special characters back with
their percent-encoded versions:
https://breezewiki.com/texavery/wiki/What%27s_Buzzin%27_Buzzard%3F

then the page loads and displays the content normally.
