With the development pipeline technically working, I think it's time
to start thinking about the future, so here goes my bucket list:

* Document the pipeline (https://man.sr.ht/~cnx/ipwhl/#how)
* Bootstrap ipwhl-utils' dependencies for all major platforms
* Write guides for users, contributors and maintainers
* Declare the top 100 PyPI packages [0] (and their dependencies)
  for all major platforms
* Build a hierarchical system of maintainers and contributors
  for groups of packages
* Declare the top 4000 PyPI packages [0] for all major platforms

I do not intent to do any of this by myself, so if you want to
give a hand, please drop me a line.  If there is something you'd
like to change in the roadmap, feel free to discuss it in this thread.

As of 2021-08-28, we are done with the first three.
BTW Hugo van Kemenade's list now offers up to 5000 projects
(not sure if I made a typo back then).
