migration of VPS #21857 from node5.brq to node4.brq has begun.

The migration will be finished within the closest possible maintenance window:
  - Ne from 01:00 to 05:00
  - Po from 01:00 to 05:00
  - Út from 01:00 to 05:00
  - St from 01:00 to 05:00
  - Čt from 01:00 to 05:00
  - Pá from 01:00 to 05:00
  - So from 01:00 to 05:00

Reason: vyklízení node5.brq kvůli jeho plánované údržbě.

The VPS will have a short outage during the migration, as the VPS is stopped
on the source node and started on the destination node. The VPS will see this
as a system restart.
