Salut,

Since we moved to our primary CI/CD to SourceHut, macOS and Windows
no longer receive first-class support, i.e. no automatic testing
and no pre-built wheels.  The main obstacle to solving this is that
none of the core devs uses any of these platforms for development
(at least not anymore).

That being said, we do recognize the importance of this as it affects
the portibility of end-user programs using palace as a library.
In other words, we'd really appriciate anyone who steps up
and take up the work.

Technical problems preventing building wheels for these platforms
were documented on the (to-be-archived) GitHub repository:
