hey! aptpkg version 0.2.0 has been released ~

This is the second release of aptpkg. Some tiny things have been
adjusted such as small fixes, linting, adding a Makefile and CI.

Other than generating packages automatically based on the git commit
(for ci purposes etc) and bug fixes as they're found, a 1.0.0 release
may follow soon.

You can now install aptpkg by running:
	# make install

      Switch to /usr/bin/env bash instead of /usr/bin/bash

      README.md: Remove experimental
      badge, add ci badge
