Hi, I installed Castor two days ago and browsed a bit. One thing I noticed which irks me a bit is that the hardware back key on my keyboard doesn't work as I'm pretty used to it. I checked with xev and the key shows up as "keycode 166 (keysym 0x1008ff26, XF86Back)". It would be great if this could be mapped to going back. (I'm on Ubuntu 18.04 / amd64 / Plasma Desktop / X11 if that's important.) -- Niklas / ytvwld
Added in 0.8.0. Thanks for the improvement idea!
Had to remove it in 0.8.1 as it prevented using Backspace in the URL field. Will have to find another way to do it.

This makes pressing the back key (XF86Back) go back to the last page. (Most keyboards probably won't have this key.) --- src/castor.glade | 1 + 1 file changed, 1 insertion(+) diff --git a/src/castor.glade b/src/castor.glade index 524552e..845137e 100644 --- a/src/castor.glade +++ b/src/castor.glade @@ -54,6 +54,7 @@ <property name="image">image3</property> <property name="always_show_image">True</property> <accelerator key="Left" signal="clicked" modifiers="GDK_MOD1_MASK"/> + <accelerator key="XF86Back" signal="clicked"/> </object> <packing> <property name="expand">False</property> -- 2.17.1
