hi, mkcs has been updated to v1.1.0 !

the most notorious change is the use of a new builder for our manual
page, `scdoc` should be a much more straightforward and simple solution
than the previous `sphinx-build`, the input file format is simpler than
the previously used restructuredtext while also giving more flexibility
for the final output.
other minor changes include dependency version supported is now more
relaxed since thanks to builds.sr.ht is possible to test the build with
very old versions of dependencies and ensure it still compiles, and
other documentation related improvements, a more complete log of changes
