Please add the app Electrolysis

The source code is being hosted at https://gitlab.com/undef1/electrolysis.

I have tested it on my Mobian Librem 5 and would give it a rating of 4. 
The app fits fine, the only major issue is that most lists don't scroll, 
I'm working on that.


More information:

Electrolysis is an EV charging app. It's still in very early days, but 
at this point should be mostly functional on the networks it supports.

Feel free to use any of the screenshots in the repository as either 
MPL2.0 or CC-BY-SA 4.0 at your choice.
