Offpunk now has gemini/web page :
https://offpunk.net
gemini://offpunk.net
I haven’t announced it anywhere yet as I hope to get some
feedback/contributions from developers first.
Goals of this page are:
1. Give an overview of Offpunk to newcomers so they know what to expect
2. Serve as a tutorial to get started
3. Ultimately, be available through offpunk itsefl with a (not
implemeted yet) "tutorial" command
For that last reason, the whole website is part of the Offpunk
repository in the "tutorial" folder. It builds automatically with each
commit.
Non-goals:
- Give news about the project (mailing-list and sourcehut pages are
used for that)
- Attract new users or convince them to try it (why would we care?)
- Do any marketing/advertising/yada yada
As you can see, this is still work in progress. No special attention was
paid to design/style/writing/spelling. If you think you can improve
something, patches are welcome.
There’s also a "workflow" section were users are welcome to contribute
their own Ofpunk workflow. The "sync.gmi" link is broken on purpose
because I haven’t written that page yet.
Happy reading,
Ploum
