go will "go" to the page you want to visit if you are online.

The page should be displayed.

Add will add the current page to your bookmark list. That you can access
with "bookmark".
You should try "tutorial" first (while being offline)
Or read https://offpunk.net/firststeps.html
>What is the best practice with lists ? Use the default ones ? Create new ?
Start with the default "bookmark" one and start to create list when it
is not enough for you.
See https://offpunk.net/workflow_jmcs.html for an example workflow
>How do you replace a RSS reader by offpunk ?
When visiting a page, you can access its RSS with "feed" (previously, it
was "view feed"). Of course, that feed must exist.
You can then add that feed to the list "subscribed".
"add subscribed"
The command "subscribe" will try to find a feed and add it to the list
in one go.
Then, when you do some offpunk sync, new items from that feed will
automatically be added in your tour.
