Hi all - welcome to the August 2024 update for Mepo, the fast, simple,
and hackable OSM map viewer for desktop & mobile Linux devices. This
update is just a notification that Mepo 1.3.0 has been released. Mepo
1.3.0 includes the following net changes:

- JSON API Added to Replace Mepolang DSL
- Cancellable & Non-blocking shellpipe_sync (thanks to: Nguyễn Gia Phong)
- GeoJSON Import & Mobroute GTFS Routing Support
- Codebase Updated to Build Against Zig 0.13.0 (thanks to: lauren n. liberda)
- Misc QA & Usability Updates

It's also worth noting here since Mepolang has been removed in favor
of a JSON API for configuration and scripting; I've taken the time to
wholesale update the documentation site. The updated documentation site
can be seen at: https://mepo.lrdu.org
