Hi all!

We have three announcements to make regarding the sxmo.org website, which
received some updates to bring it more up to date:

1. We now have a short "getting started" page featuring nice gesture
videos made by magdesign. These demo gestures to newcomers so they can
quickly and visually grasp how Sxmo works and get going with it. It came
to our attention at FOSDEM that this was something that people struggled
with when they start out:

2. After some deliberation, we have adopted a Code of Conduct, following
postmarketOS' example. We want to emphasise that this is not done out of
any actual problems; we have a nice community and you all are great! It is
merely pre-emptive and out of good governance to ensure we always remain
that way.

3. In addition to this, we also took some time to write down a "mission statement". It
explains the philosophies and shared values that underlie Sxmo. Feel free to provide
comments on this if you think we missed things or can improve things:
