This marks the first upstream release since 0.16 in 2014-01-14.

Interesting user-facing changes are:
1. passing an unknown flag is now an error
2. now works on the illumos gate and the BSDs
3. chrpath -d properly parses the DT_MIPS_RLD_MAP_REL tag
   (instead of breaking ELFs that have it; patches by
    Aurelien Jarno <aurelien@aurel32.net> & Maciej W. Rózycki <macro@imgtec.com>)
4. chrpath -r no longer breaks ELFs with unorthodox-but-valid section ordering
   (like ones produced by patchelf --set-rpath; patch by
    FeRD (Frank Dana) <ferdnyc@gmail.com>)
