From ParetoOptimal to ~niklaseklund/detached.el

I find for things that have single line downloaders such as npm install
the performance can be really bad if it goes on long enough.

And you'll get a message about running into the undo limit.

I think generally it's best to disable the undo buffer in the
detached.el log view.
