I suggest following the mailing list etiquette outlined here out of courtesy to myself and other people who might be on the list. However, don't stress about messing up! My plate is not nearly full enough for me to get upset about a mistake. Indeed, I would like to receive feedback, comments, and contributions, so don't let the etiquette be a reason to not send an email.
