Hey,
First off, thanks for the useful software!
I installed pulsar only a couple of days ago and have already fallen in
love w/ `pulsar-pulse-line' & `pulsar-highlight-line' 🙂
On the other hand, `pulsar-highlight-dwim' turned out to be not very
useful when either the line or region is selected; at least I couldn't
define a face which would work out nicely (using solarized-light.)
When a line is marked/selected it's already "highlighted" and its
face is very different from its surroundings which makes `pulsar-
highlight-dwim' redundant IMHO.
That got me thinking about the idea of a `pulsar-pulse-dwim' function:
Very often, when either working alone or sharing screen w/ a
friend/coworker and having more than 2-3 windows, I'd like to be able
to quickly locate the region I'm thinking/talking about. That's where
the said function can be very useful.
Before delving into the source code and trying to create a pull request
it, I'd like to know your thoughts about this. Do you think it makes
sense? If yes, do you think it's something that can be implemented in
a relatively clean way?

The idea sounds good and I am happy to revise this part. Please
proceed.
