Hello!

Could you tag new UXN (https://git.sr.ht/~rabbits/uxn) releases in the 
future to make it easier for downstream distributors to release the 
packages?

UXN already has a publicly available _unversioned_ release tarball:
https://rabbits.srht.site/uxn/uxn-essentials-lin64.tar.gz
...so why not tag it?

Also that would help with version names, to see what I'm talking about 
see: https://repology.org/project/uxn/versions
