Hi,

This is something that has been discussed a lot these past few days on
IRC, to have a way of streaming from one file, and writing to another
without too much fussing around with file names and file lengths.

Using two file devices, similar to how we have 4 audio devices, would
allow anyone to do fancier file I/O without the need to complexify the
file device implementation by adding extra ports, and move the
complexity there.

We will slowly move toward that throughout the week, and migrate the
projects to the new mapping.
