I am happy to announce the creation of a new mailing list:

    ~radicle-link/discuss@lists.sr.ht


The goal of this list is to facilitate more high-level discussions around the
`radicle-link` protocol, where the /dev list would be too detailed for people to
subscribe.

It is welcomed to post questions, ideas, or proposals in free-form. When things
get more concrete, consider to author a proper RFC and send it to both /discuss
and /dev as a patch.

As usual, it is not required to subscribe to the list in order to post. For this
reason, please keep in mind to always keep the Cc: list intact (i.e. press
"reply all").
