This feature would be a flag for the search and filter commands that
would act inversly, so if I inverse filter for a word, every message
without that word wouldn't be filtered.

this would be one of many aerc's killer features if ever implemented.

i brought this up this exact idea in irc sometime ago.  something like
`grep -v`, but a :search/filter -v for aerc.
