Machine timezone is sent in mail headers.

Adding this to templates doesn't seem to work:

Date: {{dateFormat now "Mon, 02 Jan 2006 15:04 UTC"}}
```

Any ideas?

I think there is a setting for this. You could also search the ML, I'm pretty
sure this has come up already.

My bad, the option is in aerc-accounts.
