Is it possible to import an mbox file with aerc?
For instance, if I use `:cd' to move to a directory with an mbox file,
is there a command like `:import-mbox <path>' or something? I couldn't
see anything relevant, and I can't find anything in apt to do this.
I want to reply to an old thread, and it seems the way you're suppose to
do that is export the mbox file, import it, and then you can reply with
the right headers. Can I do this with aerc?
Everything online talks about Thunderbird and Outlook. If possible, it'd
be nice to not have to use either...

Maybe try imapsync. I think it support's mbox files.
Hey,

The way you do that is using mailto links.
on lists.sr.ht you have "reply to thread" which is this mailto link:
mailto:~sircmpwn/aerc@lists.sr.ht?cc=Karl%20Riel%C3%A4nder%20%3Ckarl%40rielaender.org%3E&in-reply-to=C9L42GO3BJNJ.102Y953YX92NF%40senex&subject=Re%3A%20Import%20mbox%20file
you can then use this mailto link with quotes as argument for aerc.
on mailman, you have also an mailto link which is behind the author
email. For instance on this Url:
https://mailman.neomutt.org/pipermail/neomutt-devel-neomutt.org/2021-February/000720.html
the mailto link is behind " rich at flatcap.org "

Why didn't I try that button?
Thank you, it works great!
Unfortunately the sr.ht web UI does not allow to reply to a specific
post and the Reply to thread does not include the previous emails in the
body of the new message, so no bottom-posting / middle-posting is
possible for threads that aren't in my mailbox since the beginning.
That's the reason why this email does not contain the classic
