[PATCH] added desktop entry Export this patch

---
This patch just adds a very basic desktop entry so aerc can easily be
set to open when called from Firefox for example.

I was not sure whether putting it in the root directory was the way to
go but it didn't really fit anywhere else and I am honestly not too sure
what a good name for the containing folder should be in the first place.

I think it might be more convenient if the Exec field is just `aerc %u`,
since the binary could be installed elsewhere and it might not worth it
to make a template for something freedesktop already supports.

BTW you forgot to add the desktop file to Makefile.
