This release of gddo brings some major improvements:

- gddo now has a dark theme! Thanks to Willow Barraco for doing the
  initial work to support this. The light theme also had some
  improvements to the contrast to meet accessibility standards.
- HTML templates and CSS styles were ported to Bootstrap 4.
- Support for linking RFCs in package documentation has been
  reintroduced.
- More prometheus metrics for the HTTP and Gemini servers were added.
- And a few other bug fixes and improvements.
