i've made some adjustments to gemtext rendering in gmnlm, most noteably:
- always use 4 char indent before text
- use ansi colors for headings and links

Just out of interest, why won't you apply this patch?

If it's because of the color, would support for https://no-color.org/
change your mind? I'd be happy to add in support for that.

I object to it on philosophical terms and consider it out of scope for
this project. I sure as shit am not going to put it behind an opt-out.
