Thanks to Lorenz (xha)'s excellent work over the past several months,
Hare now supports OpenBSD targets.

Note that the install procedure has changed somewhat with the
introduction of Lorenz's patchset: config.example.mk has been replaced
with a set of example config files in the configs/ directory of the Hare
tree. When bootstrapping Hare, choose the appropriate config for your
platform as a starting point and adjust to taste.
