Can you verify that both this and bower all meet the following criteria
*by default*, requiring no additional user configuration?

- Compose outgoing emails in text/plain without a text/html part
- If text/html emails are supported, includes a multipart/alternative
  text/plain part
- Hard-wraps lines at 72 columns, optionally with format=flowed
- Encourages bottom-posting and correct quoting conventions
- Gives users the option to prefer the text/plain version when reading
  multipart emails
