useplaintext.email: Thunderbird for Android / K-9 mail: Update to reflect rebranding v1 APPLIED

Few notes:

1. I do not own Android device, I had to borrow one briefly from my
family member to verify the plaintext settings, but not the signatures.
2. I skipped Spanish translation because I don't know Spanish and I
don't feel comfortable using machine translations (which is usually
  inaccurate.)
3. I left the link to section as is to keep backward compatibility.

Is this change live/definite yet? Just updated to the latest K-9 Mail
version from F-Droid, and it is very clearly still using the K-9 branding,
package name, links, etc. The only thing that appears to have changed in
the app is the source code link (points to Thunderbird's GitHub).

So their plan seems to be promote TB-Android as a main build, and keep building K-9 for those who miss the old branding?

For now I'd like to have separate instructions for K-9 and Thunderbird
until such a time as K-9 is officially deprecated.
