I've been encountering odd behaviour with todo.sr.ht for the last couple
of weeks. I don't receive a notification for newly-created tickets, but
I /do/ for subsequent replies to them. Enabling or disabling PGP
encryption doesn't affect this behaviour.

I've tested this with two email addresses on two different domains on
the same mail host and the transaction looked like this.

- @nixnet.services opens a ticket via email
- @secluded.site does not receive the ticket via email
- @nixnet.services replies to ticket via email
- @secluded.site does receive reply via email
- @secluded.site closes ticket via web UI
- @nixnet.services receives the initial ticket it opened as well as the
  closing notification but not its reply (unsure whether this is
  intentional).

This is the ticket I tested with. Should have used a different tracker
but I realised that half a second after it was too late lol.

Are you still encountering this behavior?

Nope! I wanted to give it some more time before replying in case it was
just a fluke or a small bug that would be fixed later on. No idea what
it was but I seem to be receiving ticket notifications perfectly fine
now!
