On mobile, the list of tickets currently looks something like this:

> #140
> Ticket title
> Updated 18 minutes ago by John Doe

The wording of that third line presents information inaccurately. On
desktop, it's clear that the ticket was updated 18 minutes ago and it
was created by John Doe. On mobile, however, it looks like John Doe
updated the ticket 18 minutes ago.

Here are some examples of how I think the data could be presented more
clearly.

> #140
> Ticket title
> Created by John Doe
> Updated 18 minutes ago

> #140
> Ticket title
> Updated 18 minutes ago
> Created by John Doe

> #140
> Ticket title
> Updated 18 minutes ago, created by John Doe
> 2 comments

> #140
> Ticket title
> Updated 18 minutes ago, by John Doe

I've listed them in order of my personal preference. Checking quickly
with browser tools, adding ", created" to the ::after content does make
the text likely to wrap to another line if there's a semi-long username;
pre-emptively dropping that metadata to a new line would help keep
entries a little more uniform even with longer usernames.

I prefer the first over the second because I think it makes sense to
pair title + author and updated timestamp + comment count.

The last example is included because the addition of a comma does
improve on the current UX and it's a very simple change, but I really
don't think it's ideal. The others would be much clearer.
