The Cc list above has been expanded by additional
addresses found in the patch commit message. By default
send-email prompts before sending whenever this occurs.
This behavior is controlled by the sendemail.confirm
    configuration setting.

For additional information, run 'git send-email --help'.
To retain the current behavior, but squelch this message,
run 'git config --global sendemail.confirm auto'.

It looks like you're using sendmail rather than SMTP. Have you verified
that sendmail is working locally? If you choose to use sendmail, it is
highly dependent on your local mail situation, and I cannot help you
troubleshoot this.

https://git-send-email.io has instructions for configuring git to use
SMTP.

I thought I had done it all. Sorry. Now I have a different error:

Make sure you configure your encryption settings right. To use SSL/TLS,
set smtpencryption to ssl, and to use STARTTLS, set smtpencryption to
tls. Consult your mail provider's docs regarding which is appropriate
for you.

Thank you for the help. It looks like it works now.
