Hello,

A build failed for me yesterday because of a PGP key issue while
installing Arch Linux: https://builds.sr.ht/~adigitoleo/job/809796.
Maybe this is an upstream issue with the ISO?

The relevant log snippet:

```
libcap: key "991F6E3F0765CF6295888586139B09DA5BF0D338" is unknown
:: importing PGP key 0/991F6E3F0765CF6295888586139B09DA5BF0D338 '(null)', created: 1970-01-01
:: deleting corrupted file '/var/cache/pacman/pkg/libcap-2.65-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst' (invalid or corrupted package (PGP signature))
[#809796] 2022/07/26 13:27:37 Build failed.
```

Cheers,
Leon

Am having similar issue upgrading packages on my native Arch machine:

error: libcap: signature from "David Runge <dvzrv@archlinux.org>" is marginal trust
:: File /var/cache/pacman/pkg/libcap-2.65-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst is corrupted (invalid or corrupted package (PGP signature)).

So it isn't a sr.ht-specific problem.

Have you updated the keyring before? For me it's working just fine.

Yep, updated archlinux-keyring first and then the rest of the packages fixed the problem for me, as someone suggested in #sr.ht last night. It's one of those things in that sweet spot of too infrequent and not obvious enough to remember.
