Uploading the file to a release tag and then deleting the tag, does not delete the file. If the
same tag is created again, the old file is not shown (so it cannot be deleted) and is not possible
to upload a new file with the same name.

Steps to reproduce it:

```
# Create the tag
$ git tag -a 0.0.1
# and push it
$ git push --tags
```

Attach a file named myprogram-0.0.1-linux.tar.gz to tag 0.0.1 via the web ui.

```
# Delete the tag
$ git push --delete origin 0.0.1
# Recreate the tag as shown above
```

No attached file is shown, but attaching the same file fails. Sourcehut error: "A file by this name
was already uploaded."

Please let me know if you need anything else. The bug has occurred with tag 0.0.1 of repository
benice: https://git.sr.ht/~danyspin97/benice/refs/0.0.1/ .
The filename is benice-0.0.1-linux-x86_64.tar.zst .
