Hi everyone! Tenacity 1.3.2 is now out. This release is focused on bug
fixes, but there are a few other notable changes in this release too:
* Due to user demand, AppImages are back for now. We are committed to
improving Flatpak support in the mean time, and we hope to get our
Flatpak on par with our AppImages.
* Windows installers have been updated:
* Fixed nstalling a 32-bit version of Tenacity alongside a 64-bit
version of Tenacity.
* The installers now allow for unprivileged install. You should be
prompted for the installation type, but if you are not, you can
open a Command Prompt and run the installer with `/currentuser'.
* Releases, including of our FFmpeg distribution, are now signed with a
new PGP release key. Instructions on how to verify releases are
available in the release notes and will be made available in the
manual later.
Perhaps disappointingly, we still have yet to fix the choppy audio
problem on Windows under MME, which apparently affects all other host
APIs except WASAPI. A PR addressing this issue for MME is available at
https://codeberg.org/tenacityteam/tenacity/pulls/253, but it does not
properly compile and leaves the situation unchanged. Feedback is
appreciated.
