Hi everyone! We have a major announcement: Tenacity 1.3 has officially
been released! This release brings several new features, a few fixes,
and some enhancements. Key changes include support for Matroska
importing and exporting without FFmpeg including chapters (limited to
PCM and FLAC codecs), the edit cursor now being drawn over the entire
track panel, and some error dialogs have been restored.

NOTE: if you are upgrading from one of the previous 1.3 betas, it is
strongly recommended that you read the Release Advisories section. There
are some important problems listed that might affect you regardless of
what platform you are on.
