I noticed that the recent (re)introduction of custom emojis actually
*replaces* the original ones, if custom ones are set.
I thought it might be better if the custom ones *extended* the default
list. This is, I believe, more aligned with what Mastodon instances do.

I am not entirely sure, I think it is nice to be able to replace the original list completely.
I may just tweak the user guide to show the default one if someone wants to just extend it.
