Hey all,

We're trying to schedule our second virtual retreat. The point of this
event is to give us a longer time to collaborate synchronously than
our normal meetings. We'll divide into teams of two or three and work
on various project components. We'll also take a couple of breaks to
play some games or take some other mental breaks. The event is planned
to run for 12 hours to provide opportunity for many time zones to drop
by. We don't expect everyone to be able to participate for the whole
time.
