Hi,
just my 2 cents for having the nice features of KeePassXC with the easy
sync you get with Bitwarden: you can setup Syncthing to sync it on save.
In my setup I have it also synced to a server of mine (just if for
whatever reason my phone doesn't have internet while I save). For using
it in scripts, I have KeePass' Secret Service enabled and use
secret-tool from libsecret to retrieve credentials in scripts (you can
find my script for that here[0])
Has worked flawlessly since I migrated from 1password (about half a year
ago) and I can access them on my phone using KeePassDX with Biometrics
and Keyboard integration.

I didn't mention this in my blog post, but I would have it sync with my
Nextcloud instance, which negates this downside.

Oh wow, I didn't even know this is a thing! Here I am wanting to write a
whole new application doing the same thing as rbw[^1] (or Himitsu, for
that matter), having a daemon running that caches my master password and
exposes a CLI for scripting, when I could have done this instead.
Thanks a lot for the suggestions!
